Founding

After more than 10 years at Siemens Industry Software—and several years prior to that at a software partner company—I have finally registered my own business. It was a liberating feeling to finally stand on my own two feet, free from lengthy, drawn-out processes and with full autonomy. Simon Weikert Ore Mountains Enterprises has been officially in business since April 1, 2026, and looks forward to taking on new challenges.
